You’ve got surf, sun and 363 miles of public coastline — what more could you need for a quick summer trip to the Oregon Coast? How about a festival? Whether it’s kite-flying or chainsaw carving, dory boating or beer tasting, a diverse cross-section of visitors come together for these family-friendly events hosted by the Coast’s small-town communities all summer long. Here are a dozen worth exploring.
